Rules, Regulations and ByLaws
The Pelham Cemetery Association, Inc., is a non-profit organization and must comply with and abide by the New York State Cemetery Board’s Rules and Regulations through its administrative arm, the Division of Cemeteries of the Department of State.* These rules are stringent and impact everything the cemetery association can do from size of graves, maintenance of the property, to communications, to reporting of finances. Following are the Cemetery's rules and regulations and an addendum to them.
